WILDERNESS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
The Wilderness Leadership Summit is an immersive journey designed to take emerging leaders beyond the familiar and into an environment where adventure, challenge, and spiritual transformation come together. Through outdoor experiences, authentic community, and biblically grounded formation, participants deepen their faith, strengthen their character, discover their God-given purpose, and become the kind of leaders worth following.
Designed for emerging leaders ages 18–25, this co-ed experience creates space to step away from the noise, encounter God in the wilderness, and wrestle with the questions that shape who you are and where you’re going. This isn’t simply a hike with leadership lessons added. It’s a journey that stretches the body, strengthens the soul, and prepares young men and women to return home with deeper roots, greater courage, stronger relationships, and a renewed commitment to live—and lead—with purpose.
Set against some of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes, Wilderness Leadership Summit takes emerging leaders beyond the familiar and into places built for adventure, challenge, and transformation. From the mountains and rivers of Patagonia, to the volcanic terrain of the Galápagos, to the ancient pilgrim paths of Scotland, the journey itself becomes part of the curriculum.
Rugged trails test endurance, wild landscapes awaken wonder, and distance from everyday noise creates space to hear God with unusual clarity. These aren’t vacations with a devotional added. They are intentional journeys designed to stretch the body, deepen faith, build community, and develop leadership from the inside out. Here, participants reflect, recalibrate, and recommit—returning home with deeper roots, greater courage, stronger purpose, and a clearer vision of the leader God is calling them to become.
